The Opinno team is very diverse: our people have different countries of origin, languages and backgrounds, but outstanding skills make our teams able to identify opportunities, define action plans and execute them. 

We provide an accelerated professional path that is divided into four steps, which normally take one year each. 

 

  1. Analyst. Learn & Explore: We look for young and talented people from all over the world.  Instead of focusing mainly on degrees and accredidations, we focus on capabilities and team synergy.  During this stage, analysts have exposure to all our business lines and frequently to our different company locations, so international travel is an important component. 
  2. Project Director. Execute: The second stage of development at Opinno means focusing on fewer projects and working intensively to take them as far as possible, using all of Opinno's resources. Project Directors are under the supervision of Managers and coordinate a team of one or more analysts. 
  3. Manager. Train & Develop Business: The last stage of development at Opinno consists of creating or managing one of the nodes of the Opinno Network, as well as training the team members assigned to that node.
  4. Entrepreneur. Branch Out: All of our staff have to leave after a maximum of three years. We want to hire people with an ambition of becoming the managers of their own business. During their time at Opinno, team members will have the chance to learn how to create and operate a business from start to finish, and they will have the opportunity to join one of the projects Opinno works with to become an "Executive in Residence" (EIR) and, eventually, the company CEO with a share of equity.
