Camilo is an expert in innovation, dynamic entrepreneurship, organizational diagnostics and design with significant experience in both research and consulting. His interest and work is in the design of organisations which foster innovation and entrepreneurship through structured deliberations.
Camilo has worked for the private sector finding new growth opportunities. In the public sector, he has worked for the Colombian Navy and the National General Attorney’s Office redesigning departments and building control systems. Currently he is the director of the entrepreneurship initiatives at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana’s Business School in Bogota, Colombia.
Camilo has a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Literature and a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, where he did a research on the design of deliberative spaces using management of cybernetics tools; both from Los Andes University in Colombia. He also has an MBA from the Hult International Business School in London, UK.
