UX Senior Researcher - healthcare industry

  • Understand and analyse the needs and behaviours of users and other stakeholders to obtain information to design new digital products or processes or improve existing products.
  • Gather requirements and objectives in a proactive manner.
  • Carry out desktop research (market research, data analysis)
  • Design questionnaires and other quantitative studies and tests, from the definition of the optimal methodology and techniques to the ideal sample.
  • Design, lead and facilitate qualitative studies such as interviews or workshops. Facilitation is not strictly required but will be highly valued.
  • Manage communication with recruitment agencies.
  • Analyse quantitative and qualitative information to obtain insights.
  • Prepare and present project results reports, taking care of both content and format.
  • Design dashboards, including graphs and tables for data visualization projects (no UI skills are needed, but you will be expected to help in data visualization projects)
  • Report the results and incidents to the Project Leader.

Main knowledge:
  • A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in research in a design, digital or technological environment.
  • bilingual level of English, both oral and written, is a must.
  • Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research and exploration tools: surveys, interviews, user test, focus groups, etc.
  • Requirement gathering: ability to translate stakeholders needs into functionalities and design specifications of a digital product.
  • Communication and presentation of results: ability to synthesize ideas and results in written and visual form and to present them to the team or client. Some basic graphic design skills are needed for this position.
