Generally, Human Resources is seen as the area responsible with finding, screening, recruiting and training job applicants as well as managing employee-benefit programs. However, human resources is actually one of the most important assets a company has, due to the fact that it involves both strategic and comprehensive approaches to managing team members, as well as workplace culture and creating a positive environment.
Opinno is a technology-oriented company, dedicated to promoting innovation and entrepreneurship. Therefore, with the constant development of information and communication Technologies we´ve been seeing for the past years, it has become imperative to have the necessary tools to manage human resources properly. As we are constantly looking for new ways to optimize our procedures, we have developed a New Artificial Intelligence System for managing human resources and predicting professional development. A project subsidized by the Centro para el Desarrollo Tecnológico Industrial (CDTI) and co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER) “A way of making Europe”, through the Plurirregional Operational Program 2014-2020.
The general objective of this project is to develop a new platform focused on the analysis and human resource management which operates by integrating Artificial Intelligence and a computer model based on Neural Networks. The development of this system allows the analysis and classification of talent, to quantitatively measure the index related to team member´skills, and their suitability to undertake a specific project. With the implementation of the project, it facilitates informed decision making when allocating work, making new hires or anticipating possible casualties in the teams. This results in an optimization of the competitiveness and productivity of the companies that integrate this system of management.
This project has taken place in Madrid from October 1, 2018 to December 31, 2019. For its implementation, there is an approved budget of 309.758€.
